Si leemos la traducción de la parte subrayada, nos da la impresión de que hay incoherencia:

55 God upholds “all things by the word of his power.” And when new worlds are born, he “sends forth his Sons and they are created.” God not only creates, but he “preserves them all.” God constantly upholds all things material and all beings spiritual. The universes are eternally stable. There is stability in the midst of apparent instability. Bob Hurt nos cuenta que "are born" es una forma de expressión metafórica que indica el proceso previo a la creación de los mundos: "Are born” constitutes a figure of speech.  It refers to a variety of processes by which energy, mobilized, condenses into matter, and becomes flung by spin or explosion or gravitational attraction into a region of space, and eventually takes form as a “world.”

The term might include a selection process whereby the Creator Son or other creative entity appoint a world to become inhabited.  Differences between asteroids, comets, planets, and suns imply that only planets in stable orbit and having suitable environments for supporting some form of life get selected for habitation.

The construct of the paragraph seems intended to corroborate the quoted portions, presumably scripture from a holy text.

The statement indicates creator sons don’t get sent forth till astronomical material for worlds already exists.  Perhaps the creator sons stabilize selected worlds to prepare them for habitation...
